Steve picks up sewing machines and scissors every Tuesday at 11:00am, and returns them the following Tuesday at 11:00am. Please drop off your machines prior to Tuesday.

Please bring your electric cord and foot control. Leave your bobbin case in the machine with thread on your bobbin. If you have your cord and foot control separate from the machine, please bag it, and label it with your name and phone #. Also, please be sure to clearly write down a phone number on your “check in” form, so I can contact you for the free estimate, and approval.

Steve Kraft Sewing Machine RepairSteve Kraft (“Mr. Repair, Inc.”) operates his in-store repair shop at The Craft Box, located in Wheat Ridge, CO.
His scheduled days are every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am – 3pm, where he provides free, same-day estimates and speedy service.
Mr. Repair, Inc, Steve, has 3 convenient pick-up/drop-off locations:
- Every Tuesday at 10:00 am at Thread Play with Bernina, located in Centennial, CO.
- Every Tuesday at 10:30 am at Treelotta Fabric & Craft Studio located in Englewood, CO.
- Every Tuesday at 11:00 pm at Fancy Tiger Crafts located in Englewood, CO.
Machines and scissors can be dropped off any day of the week at all 4 locations during store hours.
Steve can order sewing machine parts for all brands of sewing machines and sergers.
Steve is a Certified Necchi Technician. In February, 2016, Steve received his certification as a Necchi Technician. He attended and completed one-on-one training at Janome Headquarters in Mahwah, New Jersey. Steve can handle all Necchi warranty issues and repairs.
